Additional notice for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
Depending on how you interact with BatteryTrackr, we may collect identifiers, contact information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, commercial or service-request information, and professional or employment-related information.
California residents may have rights to know what information is collected, used, disclosed, or shared; to request deletion or correction; and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable.
BatteryTrackr is built around operational service delivery, customer reporting, and lead generation. If optional analytics or advertising tools are used in ways that create additional California notice obligations, those tools should remain disabled until the appropriate disclosures and consent controls are in place.

Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of California residents when accompanied by documentation sufficient to verify the requestor and the agent’s authority.
